- b) Management: There is a need to conduct training for some key persons of your organization and they in turn need to undertake Internal Audit of the Management systems and they be designated as Internal Auditors they also discharge departmental responsibilities of Management system standard, correspondence and communication with Third Party certification agency etc.. An internal auditor participation certificate would be given to them for certification purposes.
- c) The study material will be made available in English and on specific request it can be provided in the local language also.
Audit preparedness: The certifying organization would ascertain during their certification/compliance audit the understanding of the Management System by the personnel employed by your organization and hence there is a need to train them effectively thereby they demonstrate their competence to Certifying Body. Mock Audits would be conducted and the employees would fully be prepared for the Certification Audit.
